Requirements

Federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as cook, with experience of at least 10 years in the profession

– adequate knowledge of the media

– good mastery (conversation and editing) of the Italian language

– flexibility, teamwork skills

– experience with cooking brigades of 10-20 people

– licence obligation to conduct cat B

• Service location: CPT Bellinzona school restaurant

• the Office of Refection and School Transport reserves the right to change the place of work (service seat) in case of organizational or other reasons

• APF is a preferential qualification

Conditions of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
