What awaits you?

• You take responsibility for the area of customer service and lead your team professionally and personnel.
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business and use the human resources as required.
• You are on the day-to-day business and ensure with a forward-looking assignment planning that our customers are reliably looked after.
• In counseling, you yourself are in the middle of it. You accompany customers around saving, paying, investing and provisioning.
• You recognize their needs and establish the connection to our specialist areas for further concerns.
• At the same time, you will continue to develop existing customer relationships, recognize potential and win new customers with your team.
• Because good customer advice never stops, you bring your ideas and actively shape the further development of the area.

What do you bring?

• You have completed banking training and bring in-depth experience in customer advice.
• Leadership is yours. Ideally, you could already gain initial leadership experience and successfully accompany and develop employees.
• SAQ certification is an advantage.
• You convince with an open, communicative way, think entrepreneurially and like to get involved.
• Organizational talent and a good feeling for people help you to keep an overview even in a lively daily business.
• You like to be visible, actively approach people and represent our bank at customer events and other internal and external events.
