As a leading physician or leading physician for general internal medicine in Lucerne, you combine your own family practice with professional, personnel and organizational leadership responsibility. In a workload of 80 to 100%, you will lead a centrally located group practice, accompany the medical and interprofessional team and also take responsibility for the medical development of several locations in the region. The position is aimed at experienced specialists who would like to continue to care for patients themselves and at the same time to help shape family care at management and organizational level. • Professional and business management of a family practice in Lucerne
• Independent care of your patients in a defined medical subset
• Professional and personnel management as well as development of the medical and interprofessional practice team
• Assuming regional responsibility for several group practices and coordination between the participating sites
• Ensuring and continuously developing medical quality and family care processes
• Collaboration on overarching medical, organizational and strategic issues of group practice organization

This is what they bring with them.

• Completed specialist training in general internal medicine
• Several years of experience in family care and in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Demonstrable leadership experience or experience in the professional or organizational management of medical teams
• Further education in leadership, management or business administration is advantageous or willingness to complete a corresponding further education
• Very good knowledge of German as well as clear and binding communication in dealing with employees, patients and other specialists
