Tasks

• During your very practical training, you will learn to boil and dress the individual pieces of cattle, calf and pig. You cut the pieces of meat according to the order, pack them and store them. Or you process them into charcuterie articles. In addition, you set up the machines and set up the programs. Finally, you support your team in other different production processes.
• As a meat specialist assistant / in EBA with a specialization in poultry in Zell LU you will get to know the whole processing process of poultry.
• After your successful completion, you can acquire a shortened basic education as a meat specialist / woman EFZ.
