Your future responsibilities Leadership, motivation and further development of the quality assurance team
Overall responsibility for quality management (development, project, production and customer quality)

Overall responsibility for quality management (development, project, production and customer quality)
Definition, implementation and monitoring of verification and approval processes
Analysis of quality indicators and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
Active participation in product and process optimization in close cooperation with production, development and project management
Implementation and/or monitoring of site internal audits (5S, process, workplace, product) and monitoring the implementation of the necessary measures.
Controlling the processing of non-conformities at the site
Creating the quality reports of the site (CNQ...) and tracking deviations from the goals
Head of the metrology department on site (calibration, approval...)
Training and awareness-raising of employees on quality-related topics

Very good German and/or French skills with good knowledge of the other language, English skills of great advantage
