Role overview
- Lead the sales team and create schedules - Be responsible for the budget and sales performance indicators - Support the recruitment of new employees and trainees - Provide friendly and attentive customer service - Optimize inventory management and order sales and promotional products - Ensure a concept-driven and appealing product presentation - Supervise, train, and develop trainees and employees - Be responsible for the proper management of the integrated post office - Perform various administrative tasks
- Completed education in retail with EFZ (required) - Several years of experience in sales or a similar field (preferably food retail) - Enjoy active customer contact - Excellent German language skills - High willingness to work flexible hours - Independent and reliable work style - High social and professional competence - A vocational training certificate is an asset
