Key requirements
Vocational training as a laboratory technician (EFZ)
High motivation to promote a safety culture
Extensive experience in laboratory synthesis and handling of production processes
Proactive work approach and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good knowledge of German or English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and affinity with computer-controlled laboratory equipment
Experience in flow chemistry, laboratory automation, and/or NMR spectroscopy is an advantage
