Key requirements

  • Vocational training as a laboratory technician (EFZ)
  • High motivation to promote a safety culture
  • Extensive experience in laboratory synthesis and handling of production processes
  • Proactive work approach and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good knowledge of German or English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and affinity with computer-controlled laboratory equipment
  • Experience in flow chemistry, laboratory automation, and/or NMR spectroscopy is an advantage
