Full description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Outbound Customer Consultant to join our team. The role focuses primarily on outbound telephone consulting with our existing customer base and prospects, providing professional and personalized support in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English (minimum C1 level in all four languages) is required. Candidates without the required language qualifications will not be considered.

• Re-engagement and win-back of existing customers
• Customer retention and loyalty activities
• Encouraging the use of our products and services
• Conducting inbound and outbound welcome calls
• Cross-selling and upselling activities
• Supporting marketing campaign projects aimed at:
• defining targeted and tailored communication for specific customer segments;
• assessing customer interest in new products or services;
• planning strategies and identifying the most appropriate customer approaches.
