As a credit specialist, you will be responsible for

• processing nationally approved loan applications, playing a key role in the delivery of our clients' projects
• prepare credit agreements with appropriate security documents, thus ensuring the necessary documentation for our loans
• capture and manage credits and warranties (e.g. mortgages, policies and sureties)
• issue promises of payment and their execution
• ensure correspondence and dialogue with land registers, notaries, banks and insurance companies, establishing trust relations with our partners
• maintain professional contacts with client advisors, Credit Officers and legal services

Your skills and experience

• full commercial training
• experience in mortgage processing, banking training or knowledge of notarial law and land registry are assets
• a committed and resilient personality, always ready to meet challenges
• rapid understanding and autonomy
• an independent and rigorous working method
• knowledge in German is a plus
