Within the field of Training and Integration Measures, you ensure the management and development of the community utility program Translation.

Your key missions

• You supervise and accompany a group of non-professional interpreters.
• You process and respond to interpretation requests from internal partners in a smooth and efficient manner.
• You provide practical and theoretical training on communication and interpretation in individual or collective interviews.
• You assess the progress of the participants and support their integration and integration into the labour market.
• You perform all the administrative tasks related to the position.
• You are contributing to the deployment of a new digital interpreter application management tool.

Your profile

• Diploma of socio-professional master and/or certificate of adult trainer.
• Training or experience related to the programme managed (e.g. administrative position with team management, or degree in social work)
• Good ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational sense
• Ability to manage and motivate a group
• Listen and communicate
• Interest in migration and its challenges
• Good general technical knowledge
