Our team of around 10 people makes an important contribution to the positioning of the Zürcher Kantonalbank and all in line with our three values – responsible, passionate, stimulating. We are a strong team that ensures modern corporate communication in our marketing and communications unit and a newsroom organization. We are looking for an experienced specialist with a convincing appearance for this exciting and versatile function.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for internal and external communication of our mandates incl. Positioning of experts
• Advising the business units and specialist offices of our bank on communication issues
• Media work around relevant events, writing media releases (within the mandate)
• Reactive media work, e.g. processing of inquiries, interview preparations, reputation management, etc.
• Development of integrated, multimedia communication concepts
• Developing and writing relevant stories, e.g. for the corporate blog, intranet, guest contribution or similar, adapted to the corporate strategy
• Creating and publishing posts on social media incl. Monitoring
• Professional experience (3-5 years) in corporate communications and media relations on the corporate and/or agency side
• Finding and developing exciting stories as well as their integrated and multimedia implementation does not bother you
• You score with your consulting and argumentation-savvy way, are a doer and like to design with
• Your networked thinking skills as well as your distinct conceptual and strategic skills round off your profile
• Very good editorial skills and knowledge of German
• Joy in dealing with and using social media
• Experience in the banking industry and knowledge of the financial world is beneficial
