Description The Eisberg AG operates a modern wastewater treatment plant (ARA) with an integrated biogas plant in Dällikon and thus makes an important contribution to environmental protection and sustainable energy production.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person to take on the role of Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager with leadership responsibilities, effective immediately or by agreement.

## Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for the operation, installation and maintenance of the ARA and biogas plant - Technical and personnel management of the ARA team consisting of 3 employees - Responsibility for the laboratory area of the wastewater treatment plant - Ensuring operational readiness as well as maintenance and upkeep of all assigned plants - Providing on-call service to ensure smooth operation of the plants and availability for deployments outside regular working hours - Monitoring, neutralization and control of wastewater - Operation and maintenance of the truck washing installation and management of the vehicle fleet - Organization and execution of environmental maintenance - Collaboration on test runs and commissioning of new plants - Support for mechanics as needed - Ensuring clear information flow and close cooperation with superiors and relevant interfaces ## Requirements - Completed training as a wastewater treatment plant manager or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in the operation of an ARA, ideally with a biogas plant - Leadership experience and enjoyment of working with a small team - Technical understanding (mechanical, electrical engineering or process engineering advantageous) - Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working - High sense of responsibility and assertiveness - Ability to make situation-appropriate and pragmatic decisions - Pronounced safety and quality awareness - Driver's license category B
