Role overview

The Key Account & Marketplace Manager (Amazon and North America) drives profitable brand growth on Amazon as both Vendor (1P) and Marketplace Seller (3P), while shaping marketplace strategy in North America.

This role manages commercial performance, supports Amazon P&L, and ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustained growth through coordination with Amazon, Marketplace NA, partners, and internal teams.

P&L and Business Management Amazon Vendor & Seller Operations Management Merchandising and Marketing Management Reporting and Analytics Additional Responsibilities Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned in line with business needs.

Key requirements

  • Relevant experience of more than 7/8 years in the field
  • Previous experience in ecommerce roles with direct involvement in Amazon marketplace management (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising and performance drivers
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and KPIs
  • Expertise working with Excel for Data Analysis
  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Good organizational and project management skills
