In this place you are part of the Department of Law and Services of the Protekta. Together with your team from Yurist, you are responsible for the processing and negotiation of social and private insurance cases and in the field of liability law. This is what you do with us: You independently process legal cases in the field of liability and insurance law and advise (orally/written) our insurers with your social skills and a healthy portion of service readiness in all matters relating to the legal case. Your core tasks are in oral and written negotiations with our customers, counterparties, authorities, counterparties or other legal representatives. In social security law, you are authorising speeches and complaints. It is also possible to process cases in another legal area and to cooperate with interdisciplinary projects.
