- Conducting extensive administrative criminal proceedings for financial sanctions violations in accordance with the Embargo Act
Application process
- Conducting administrative proceedings regarding the application of asset freezes under sanctions law
- Conducting investigative actions in cooperation with national and international partner authorities, including coercive measures and interrogations
- Clarifying legal issues, drafting rulings and legal documents of all kinds independently
- Obtaining a university degree in Law with good knowledge of criminal or administrative criminal law
- Additional qualifications (e.g. admission to the bar, LL.M.) desired
- Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic and assertive personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Very good oral and written knowledge of two official languages.
