- Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Main responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Use Jira and Confluence, to manage the backlog, tasks, and project progress.
- Collaborate with development teams, Head of Program Development, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication and coordination.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the project workflow.
- Create and update reports related to the status of projects.
- Facilitate status update meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to monitor team progress.
- Ensure the quality of project documentation and knowledge management.
- Help identify risks, issues, and potential bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and improve project documentation, reports, and knowledge bases to support project governance and scalability.
