Tasks

• examines and ensures the management of legal practices relating to the matters covered by the Division of Justice and the administrative units to it subordinated

• prepares draft messages, bills, regulations and directives in matters covered by the Division of Justice

• makes decisions on complaint and appeal of the Division of Justice

• prepares proposals for response to parliamentary acts, federal and cantonal consultation procedures and various correspondence

• deals with practices in civil liability of the State

• provides legal advice on issues of jurisdiction of the Division of Justice

• carries out special tasks at the request of the Directorate of the Division of Justice

Requirements

• academic training (bachelor + master or license) in Swiss law with patent lawyer

• good knowledge of the main Microsoft computer tools and propensity to digitization

• excellent linguistic knowledge of Italian (conversation and editing), good knowledge (conversation and editing) of French and German

• positive and positive attitude, critical sense, precision, reliability and confidentiality

• decision-making, analysis and synthesis

• guidance on achieving objectives

• aptitude for independent and group work, flexibility, ability to manage workload

• availability and strong communication skills

• excellent conduct, no previous

• Swiss citizenship

• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist I (class 10) can be attributed only to candidates who have complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, Bachelor's + Master's degree or professional university (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required scope

• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist/II (class 9) will be attributed to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and in possession of complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, consecutive university master or professional university school (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Conditions of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
