As part of Supported Employment, they acquire and place jobs in the primary labor market. Employers and employees are advised and supported throughout the entire employment relationship. At the same time, they take on mandates in the context of IV measures. This includes collaboration with integration specialists, the structured assessment of work ability and the writing of reports for the IV.
