The Rennaz hospital has over 350 acute care beds and is complemented by two geriatric and rehabilitation clinics and two medical practices. We are looking for a full-time Patient Pathway Manager for the orthopedics department in Rennaz. This key role bridges clinical activity and medical coding imperatives. You will support multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure clinical documentation completeness and optimize length of stay. Main missions include:

• Continuously precoding during the stay according to SwissDRG tariff rules.
• Ensuring completeness of clinical documentation for hospital stays.
• Optimizing length of stay by anticipating and coordinating multidisciplinary discharge projects.
• Providing medical-administrative support to medical teams to meet SwissDRG billing requirements. Requirements are:
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 10 years in acute medicine.
• Medical coding experience would be an asset.
• Solid medical terminology knowledge and diagnostic processes.
• Excellent communication skills, strong commitment, and team spirit.
• Autonomous and rigorous work method.
• Excellent oral and written French proficiency.
• Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office).
