• Ensuring IT 1st Level Support and Ticket Dispatching
• Processing of incidents and service requests according to ITSM processes
• Acceptance, analysis, solution and documentation of support requests via remote support or on site
• Installation, configuration and commissioning of devices such as PCs, notebooks, smartphones, tablets, printers and special equipment
• Administration of user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and management of end devices in Microsoft Intune
• Ensuring the entire workplace lifecycle and managing and maintaining the IT inventory
• Installation, maintenance and updating of workplace hardware and software
• Advice, support and training of users in everyday work
• Coordination of escalations, suppliers and internal support units
• Collaboration in IT projects as well as creation of documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support of international service desks in the operational ticket handling profile
• Completed training as computer scientist, ICT specialist EFZ or comparable training
• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Workplace Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows and Apple operating systems
• Experience in dealing with client hardware, networks and ITSM tools
• Basic understanding of cloud services and IT security topics
• Interest in modern technologies and AI tools
• Analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
• Ability to convey technical facts in an understandable and user-friendly manner
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of French does not have to be of advantage benefits
