• Co-responsibility for the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure in cooperation with external partners
• Care and further development of IT documentation and enduser leads
• They provide 2nd level support for technical questions on internal applications and support 1st level support if required

• Working in IT projects (e.g. system introductions, rollouts, optimizations)

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German
• Experience in the hospital environment and with a KIS is advantageous
