Description The newly established Data Protection Office has started its work on January 1, 2026.

We are in the exciting process of building the office, which monitors and supports the application of data protection regulations by authorities according to the new Cantonal Data Protection Law.

The rapid technological developments and the numerous references to societal issues make data protection an interesting and dynamic field of work with many interdisciplinary issues.

Key requirements

  • Further training or certification in the field of information security and/or IT auditing or data protection is a plus
  • Knowledge in IT security, network technologies, system architectures and software/cloud environments
  • Initiative, reliable, discrete and integrity
  • Communication and team skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Further cantonal language is a plus
