Role overview

What you will achieve in this role In this position, you will be responsible for the entire IT department of the hotel, ensuring stable, secure, and future-oriented operations.

You will implement the IT strategy in close coordination with senior management and act as the central interface between business and technology.

- Responsibility for the operation of infrastructure, cloud environment, network, and IT security - Management of key IT projects, particularly in relation to the Property Management System - Leadership of the IT team and coordination of external IT service providers - Optimization of internal processes and ensuring service-oriented IT support - Budget responsibility and development of well-founded decision-making bases for senior management What you bring with you You have in-depth technical knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to combine operational requirements with structured IT management: - Completed degree or equivalent qualification in IT, supplemented by relevant further training - Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a service-oriented environment - Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, network technologies, cloud systems, and cyber security - Experience in leading complex IT projects and collaborating with external service providers - Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting IT apprentices or the motivation to take on this responsibility - Strong communication skills, structured approach to work, and a strong service orientation - Very good knowledge of German and English Our offer - Permanent position in St.
