- Profile: The person we are looking for is specialized in the analysis, mapping and improvement of business processes in the healthcare sector.
- It has the task of understanding existing, clinical and administrative processes, to identify inefficiencies, redundancies and optimization opportunities, translating them into effective and sustainable IT solutions.
- It analyzes and manages end-to-end processes: it collects requirements, facilitates workshops, maps and optimizes processes in collaboration with the development team, translates them into low-code tools and takes care of technical implementation, testing, user training and Change Management, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- It actively collaborates with the various Teams present within the Area, promoting coordination between the different functions involved and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and digital solutions.
- The sought figure stands out for a strong analytical attitude, strong process modelling skills, and proven experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes.
