Full description

• Prosecute infringements of the Telecommunications Act and the Electricity Act according to the provisions of administrative criminal law
• Carry out control operations to enforce the legal provisions on the offering and making available on the market of telecommunications equipment (including cybersecurity) and electrical equipment (EMC aspects) in accordance with administrative law
• Implement control operations to enforce the legal provisions relating to the use of telecommunications equipment in accordance with the provisions of administrative law
• General information to public authorities and market players in the field of telecommunications, electrical equipment and spectrum use, in particular on radio concessions
• Perform self-employed administrative and administrative criminal proceedings in Italian and German
• Well-founded technical or commercial training or completed police or customs school and several years of professional experience
• Good editorial skills and interest in legal and technical issues
• Safe appearance, sociability and assertiveness
• Independent working methods, flexibility and teamwork
• Active knowledge of a second official language, English skills are beneficial
