Tasks

• Manage the complex claims files within the branch
• You will act as expert claims, carrying out regular surveys in Italian Switzerland to assess the damage, follow its evolution and provide a thorough technical analysis.
• You will analyze and determine the appropriate insurance cover, as well as the responsibilities involved.
• You will develop collaboration with partners, craftsmen with the aim of promoting proactive management of practices and reducing the impact of costs.

• At the heart of the dialogue with your counterparts, you will conduct negotiations and process correspondence with insureds, lawyers, experts and partners, enhancing your negotiating and relational skills.

Requirements

• You have a solid knowledge of insurance products and experience in the management of claims, ideally in a position similar to that we seek.
• Or you have a solid training as an engineer or technical construction, or as a director of the works, with significant experience in the construction sector.
• Sei can manage a high amount of work independently; you have a capacity for resolving conflicts and negotiating skills.

• Ottima knowledge of German and, ideally, a good level of French, as well as excellent editorial skills.
