- Partner with senior Coverage & Advisory leadership to define and execute strategic priorities across industry teams
- Oversee business management activities, including pipeline monitoring, revenue tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Drive coordination across coverage and product partners (M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin) to ensure efficient transaction execution
- Support and influence origination efforts by identifying trends, client opportunities, and sector-level insights
- Lead key initiatives to improve processes, enhance productivity, and optimize team performance
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the Investment Bank, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance
- Provide leadership and oversight to junior team members, supporting talent development and workflow management
- Contribute to client materials and high-priority transactions as needed, ensuring quality and alignment with UBS standards
- Support regulatory and governance requirements associated with the Coverage & Advisory business
