- Support senior bankers and coverage teams in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt advisory transactions
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (product teams, capital markets, legal, compliance) to ensure seamless deal execution
- Assist in preparing client materials, including pitch books, presentations, and internal memos
- Help manage pipeline tracking, revenue reporting, and strategic business planning for the Coverage & Advisory platform
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the team
- Support management reporting, including performance tracking, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including sector coverage planning and client prioritization
- Mentor analysts and assist in managing workflow across deal teams
