Role overview

Mission The Investment Advisor is responsible for delivering tailored investment advice and portfolio strategies to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), the IA ensures client receive comprehensive, risk-appropriate investment solutions aligned with their goals, profile, and the Bank’s values.

Main responsibilities Provide customized investment advice based on client objectives, risk appetite and market conditions Construct and optimize investment portfolios using a broad range of asset classes Present investment strategies clearly and transparently, including expected returns, risks and associated costs Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing recommendations Act as the trusted investment contact for existing clients, in partnership with RMs Support in deepening client relationships and enhancing retention through proactive investment insight and performance monitoring Assist in client meetings, prepare proposals and contribute to the acquisition and onboarding of new clients as well as for business retention Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, financial markets and geopolitical developments Work closely with internal teams to align with the Bank’s investment strategy and core values Promote and explain investment products to RMs and relevant target advisory client groups Ensure full compliance with Swiss regulatory frameworks Your Profile University degree in Finance, economics or related field, or a qualification considered equivalent CFA, CIIA, CWMA or similar certification is a strong asset Strong knowledge of investment products and ability to execute trades for equities, derivatives, fixed income, bonds, warrants and mutual funds Min 5 years of experience in a similar position in Private Banking or a Financial Institution Strong communication and interpersonal skills, client focus, reliability, flexibility and stress resistant Good command of MS Office suite, portfolio analysis tools and banking software Perfectly fluent in French and English.
