Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to the production of key management information and help ensure that decision-makers have timely, accurate and insightful material at their disposal.</span></p><p><span>You will be involved in a broad range of activities, from understanding and mapping processes, managing data and dashboards to preparing presentations for senior stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a solid understanding of Global Markets & Treasury business and associated financial and risk metrics, and experience how a leading financial institution operates on a day-to-day basis.</span></p><p><span><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:square;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Understanding, documenting and assisting in improving processes for Global Markets & Treasury.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Manage and maintain data sources and dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and up to date.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Produce regular and ad hoc management reports (financials, risk metrics and KPIs) to support monitoring and decision-making.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Prepare clear, well-structured presentations for committees, management forums and ad hoc business requests.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Collaborate with colleagues across functions to gather input, validate data and ensure alignment of information.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Skills and experience</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:square;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Graduate student available for six months for internship (required by University) – </span>Depending on the needs of the organisation, the internship may be extended for an additional six month.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and data quality.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. dashboards) is an advantage.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Ability to structure information clearly and present it in a concise, visually appealing way.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with different stakeholders.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
