The IAD is looking for an internal auditor to complete its team of 6 internal auditors. This position is directly attached to the Internal Audit Directorate. We are looking for people who are highly interested in hospital management in a university hospital and who want to participate directly in the continuous improvement of patient care and quality of care. In this context, your main tasks are to plan, conduct and document audit missions according to the defined methodology. You identify and analyze risks and evaluate the internal control system put in place by the HUGs to limit them. You prepare relevant, clear and succinct audit reports with recommendations that add value and then follow up on recommendations. You regularly inform the Director of the IAD about the course of your activities and the significant facts found. You clearly and succinctly present the reports and findings to the Director of IAD, as well as to those responsible for the areas audited. In addition, you are an internal reference person for any questions, information, documentation related to institutional procedures and guidelines and to the cantonal or federal legal framework. Finally, you help simplify internal processes by promoting collective intelligence.
