Start after agreement as Responsibilities: - Lead as part of the leadership team a group of nursing specialists, support their professional development, conduct staff interviews and evaluations - Actively participate in the clinical daily routine, take on special tasks such as shift leadership or daily responsibility and support the team in complex care situations - Collaborate, in agreement with your supervisor, inside and outside the ANIR department in interdisciplinary and interprofessional tasks and projects - Take on special functions in the specialty, e.g. material management, ensuring the technical infrastructure or controlling the CIRS process Requirements: - You have a diploma as an Intensive Care Nursing Specialist NDS HF and bring at least two years of professional experience - You convince with leadership qualities, take on a role model function, motivate your team and have completed the CAS Leadership course - or are willing to complete it - You organize sovereignly, work independently and are secure in the handling of Microsoft Office - Your high nursing and work quality, your innovative and positive mindset as well as your pronounced professional and social competence make you a true enrichment for our team Can you do something that others cannot?
