- Proactively approaching potential new customers through cold calling by telephone, email campaigns and structured lead management;
- Qualified handover of leads to the sales team
- Strategic marketing of our products and services
- Support in planning and implementing sales-oriented campaigns to acquire new customers as well as in organizing trade fairs and events
- Carrying out follow-ups on consumables, training and after-sales services to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
- Identification of new business opportunities, relevant market trends and leading opinion leaders; systematic collection and preparation of market and competition information What you bring with you:
- Completed studies or equivalent training in the field of process engineering, natural sciences, electrical engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of process analytics is desirable
- Several years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Confident use of CRM software (Dynamics, Hubspot), MS Office Suite and other productivity-enhancing tools Sociable, convincing and customer-oriented
