• Responsibilities
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of lessons
• Lesson planning oriented towards practice and according to adult education criteria
• Structuring lessons taking into account the different needs of participants
• Regular coordination with your Scuola Club administration contacts
• Participation in advanced courses ##
• Requirements
• Proven experience in adult education: in the respective specialist field or in a comparable function
• Basic or advanced training completed: Pilates Instructor with Diploma with additional training as Pilates Reformer and Cadillac Instructor or Large Equipment Instructor
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and friendly
• Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
• Ability to transmit specialist content in a targeted and versatile manner
• Passion for teaching a group of adults in small or medium-sized groups
• Good knowledge of Italian ##
