Care and advice

• Ensuring needs-oriented, needs-based and professional care and advice in the home environment, including the social network. The aim is to stabilise the domestic situation and to provide adequate support to those close to them.
• Responsibility for the care process and the case management, including initial assessment and reassessment, recognition of changes, adjustment of the care planning and evaluation of the implemented measures.
• Coordination of services to promote efficient cooperation between all stakeholders in care and care.
• Promote the conservation and recovery of individual skills, taking into account their resources and social environment.
• Assuming tasks in the practical training of students and learners, promoting the transfer of knowledge and experience in the team.

Deepening possibilities in the following areas

You bring that with you

• degree as a nurse HF/FH
