Nursing professional HF/FH (80-100%) who takes responsibility as team leader and actively improves the quality of patient care. Your tasks – leadership with foresight

• Ensuring an excellent quality of care for patients with different clinical conditions
• Personnel and technical management of a dynamic team
• Participation in change processes to optimize care processes
• Coaching and development of employees through individual support
• Active cooperation with doctors, therapists and hospital management

Your profile – expertise meets commitment

• Degree as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH with experience in acute care
• Leadership experience is beneficial, but ambitious professionals with an interest in leadership are also welcome
