Our residential and care centre in Egnach is located in the middle of the countryside, a few hundred meters from the shore of Lake Constance. 45 care guests will find a comfortable home here. Our nursing rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake or the Säntis. Despite the idyllic location, the water lily is conveniently located with a bus stop directly in front of the house. The garden of the house offers plenty of space for relaxation. A first-class care and exclusive services round off our offer.

For the Haus Wasserrose in the Thurgau region we are looking for an

Dipl. Nursing specialist / Nursing specialist HF as a vocational trainer / Vocational trainer 70-100 %

Their tasks

In this versatile function, you are directly responsible for the management of care and support and take over the specialist responsibility for education in the area of care and support.

• Responsibility for the training of all students Care HF/FH in professional, personnel and organizational regard incl. Operational planning
• Leadership and promotion of directly subordinate employees in all work-relevant topics
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and transfer days (LTT), school days and intercompany courses as well as joint management of the LTT with the vocational training FaGe
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mission and for the continuous development of the quality of training
• Implementation of the care process as well as documentation and performance recording (RAI)
• Recruitment support throughout the selection process
• Assuming daily responsibility in the two stations to ensure the well-being of the guests
• Early and late service as well as one to two weekend services per month

Your profile

You are a committed and competent personality with pleasure in the training of learners and students:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH and passed vocational trainer course (5 days) mandatory
• SVEB 1 beneficial or the willingness to complete this certificate course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing and ideally 1 year in education
• High level of social, technical and self-competence
• Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent, structured and flexible working methods and a high level of quality awareness
• Appreciative and empathetic treatment of guests, employees and learners
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
