Infermiere/a - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds. The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, the EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41, 000 patients who are deceased a year and providing over 600,000 outpatients. To complete the Intervention Cardiology team of the Ticino Cardiocentro Institute in Lugano we look for a nurse (100%) Profile: The ideal candidate is able to ensure the care and care of cardiopathic patients with acute clinical frameworks in inter and multidisciplinary collaboration, in compliance with the professional norms and the Mission of the Institute, in a context of relationship-based care. Reliability, flexibility, good organisational skills and overall vision are required for interventional cardiology nurses. It manages complex clinical situations characterized by rapid evolution. Sensitive to interpersonal dynamics, he can maintain a positive attitude even under strong stress.

• Requirements: Diploma in nurses (or recognised equivalent title); At least 3 years of experience in acute department
• Great planning and management capacity independently
• Good management of important stress and workloads
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to adapt
• Ability of cooperation and group spirit
• Master of the main computer applications (office package). Date of entry: to be agreed.
