Your responsibilities as a nurse HF DN1 include

• Independent care and care of patients in acute, long-term or spitex care
• Health status monitoring and implementation of medical measures such as infusion therapy, medication administration, wound care and emergency management as nurse HF DN1
• Promoting mobility and supporting patients in restoring their independence
• Counselling and training of relatives to better support patients in everyday life
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams of doctors, therapists and other nurses to ensure the best possible care
• Documentation of the nursing measures carried out and continuous optimisation of the nursing planning by the nurse HF DN1

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Medical professional HF DN1
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or Spitex is advantageous, especially for a nurse HF DN1
• A sense of responsibility, high social competence and empathy for patients
• Independent, structured working method with a strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
