Aufgaben

• Telephone connection with potential conductors, tenants, custodians, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
• Management of lease cancellations
• Support in the activities of renting primary objects and managing subentres
• Management of the rental of secondary objects such as places in garages and parking spaces
• Support in preparing and performing the shooting and deliveries of apartments
• Processing of invoices and final accounts
• Development of adjustments to the leases and contractual changes
• Support in the assignment, coordination and monitoring of repair and maintenance operations
• Matching management and various administrative activities

Anforder GEN

• Training completed by the middle school of commerce (SMC part school)
• Good and constant votes in the main subjects
• Interest in real estate processes
• Enthusiasm in using new digital technologies and tools
• High commitment and motivation and friendly attitude
• Reliability, responsibility, autonomy and excellent relational skills
• Positive personality, well-groomed appearance and friendly and professional attitude
