Tasks

• Independent management of commercial and residential properties including preparation of rental agreements and addenda for the region of northwestern Switzerland
• Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties towards tenants, landlords, tradesmen and authorities
• Carrying out acceptance and handover of rental properties
• Responsibility for quality, value retention and further development of the properties
• Preparation of tenant statements, property condition reports and responsibility for data maintenance
• Requirements
• You have professional experience in the management of real estate
• You have completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal specialist certificate or an equivalent further training
• You use digital media with practice and ease
• You have a category B driving license
