Are you passionate about IT and want to support where it's daily needed?

To strengthen our IT team, we're looking for a practical ICT Supporter.

Tasks: Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, servers and network components Ensure the stable operation of hardware, software and networks at multiple locations Receive, analyze and resolve hardware, software, network and communication issues (1st/2nd level) Escalate complex incidents and coordinate suppliers, consultants and external support partners Support, advise and instruct users in their daily use of IT systems Collaborate on rollouts, software evaluations and small automations and scripts Work in early and late shifts, interventions during maintenance windows and guard duty (7×24) Requirements: IT education or equivalent practical experience Experience in IT support and with Windows/Microsoft environments Good knowledge of Italian, French and English are a plus Autonomous, team-oriented, resilient and flexible Driving license and willingness to on-site interventions High service orientation and genuine passion for computer science
