Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees are optimally supported worldwide.
* Monitoring and management of security measures in the OT environment (Operational Technology) * Responsible for the safe operation and development of security in production * Design, coordination, and operation of OT security solutions (e.g. network segmentation, monitoring, access controls, hardening, vulnerability management) * Monitoring and analysis of security-relevant events in industrial control and production systems * Enforcement and monitoring of security guidelines in production networks * Concept, design, and development of OT security architectures and processes * Close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and ICT to ensure a consistently high level of security
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science * Further education with a focus on security or OT security * In-depth knowledge in the areas of network, security, and industrial communication protocols * Experience with production facilities, controls, or OT networks * Experience with the security standard IEC 62443 is an advantage * Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills * Open and team-oriented person with exact working methods and self-reliance in developing and implementing problem solutions * Ability to analyze, structure, and document complex relationships
