Mission: • Professional installation of sanitary and heating systems in sites located in the Swiss territory, with particular attention to the specificities of the Luganese region. • Accurate and responsible management of material laying, ensuring optimum use and complying with the current regulations of building materials. • Active collaboration with the construction team to ensure a smooth and punctual progress of the works respecting the planned plans and agreed timing. • Application of consolidated methodologies and practical experience gained in at least four years of activity in the Swiss yards, with particular focus on the safety and quality of the installed plants. • Flexibility and immediate availability, favoring timely intervention, in accordance with the residence in the vicinity of Lugano (max 10 km), indispensable requirement to respond effectively to the needs of the customer
Profile: • Minimum experience of 4 years in construction and installation sites in Switzerland, with a thorough knowledge of local regulations and Swiss safety practices. • Residenza nel luganese, with a maximum distance of 10 km from the workplace to ensure availability and promptness in interventions. • Excellent mastery of the Italian language at the native level, indispensable for effective communication within the team and with customers. • The Swiss driver's licence is valid, enabling the management of vehicles necessary for the transport of tools and working materials. • In-depth knowledge of the Luganese territory and its infrastructure, in order to optimize the movements and the logistics of the yard. • Excellent knowledge of materials used in the specific building sector to Switzerland, with the ability to correctly choose and install sanitary and heating systems in accordance with Swiss quality standards.
