For Raiffeisenbank Sempachersee-Rottal Süd, a successful and locally oriented consulting bank with offices in Buttisholz, Hildisrieden, Neuenkirch, Nottwil, Ruswil and St. Erhard, we are looking for an independent, committed and service-oriented personality as HR manager (80 - 100 %). In this versatile key position, you are responsible for the entire HR management for our bank with around 50 employees and actively shape the further development of our corporate culture.

What awaits you?

• Overall responsibility for human resources management and its ongoing development
• Responsibility for wage accounting and payment of wages
• Responsibility for administrative activities in connection with the staff (management of personnel dossiers, working time management, maintenance of the employment relationship and the personnel regulations, issuing of employment confirmations and certificates, handling of training and further education, etc.)
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from job advertisement to successful onboarding (job advertisement, applicant management, recruitment interviews, references, employment conditions incl. Salary offers in consultation with the bank management, drafting of contracts, design of familiarisation, probationary time talk, etc.
• Coordination and organizational design of the onboarding of new employees in cooperation with the responsible managers
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of annual HR processes such as target agreements, performance dialogues and qualitative personnel planning
• Contact person for employees and managers in all HR processes and in the personnel system
• High design freedom, short decision-making paths and direct cooperation with the bank management
• Contemporary working conditions in a newly designed, modern working environment

What do you bring?

• Commercial basic education as well as further education as an HR specialist with federal law. Professional certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a broadly based HR generalist function with high personal responsibility
• Experience in advising executives on employment law and personnel issues
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance
• Strong assertive, service-oriented and analytical personality with high resilience
• High social skills and strong communication – empathetic and confidence-building
• Structured, precise and independent working method
• Enjoy taking responsibility and advancing HR topics pragmatically and solution-oriented
