80% - 100% | People & Culture | Zurich | Experienced professionals In our HR department, you actively shape the digital transformation of the Zürcher Kantonalbank. You work closely with different HR teams and departments and ensure that projects are structured, implemented effectively and in line with our strategy. You combine HR expertise with data and technology expertise and make a direct contribution to the further development of our bank as a close employer in the Canton of Zurich. Your tasks

• Structuring and setting up HR projects including the definition of goals, milestones and results
• Control and monitor different initiatives in the sense of coordinated program management
• Acting as a sparring partner in content-related questions on topics along the Employee Lifecycle and HR-IT
• Analyze, optimize and digitalize HR processes as well as identify and implement HR-specific AI use cases
• Support in budget planning, resource management and implementation of HR ambition
• Creation of management presentations including decision templates and recommendations for action
• Collaborate with different HR teams to develop and present data-based recommendations
• Preparation and presentation of meaningful HR reports to optimize HR and banking performance

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, psychology, personnel management or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in project or program management, ideally in the consulting environment, financial industry or human resources sector
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and identify dependencies
• Very good analytical thinking skills as well as pleasure in interpreting, preparing and presenting complex data appropriate to the addressee
• You convince with a clear, addressable communication, a secure appearance and a professional stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of modern cloud technologies, ideally first experience with AI-based solutions
• High initiative, teamwork and a structured, solution-oriented working method round off your profile
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Other languages are a plus
