Within the Etudes et Méthodes Traditionnelles department, you participate in the development of new horological products, modeling and creating the plans of new products and/or tools, integrating the technical constraints according to the defined project. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Establish production plans from the technical dossier
• Create the marking phase plans
• Define and build the cutting tool plans necessary
• Define and build the component phase plans in collaboration with MP-programmers and MQ-methods quality technicians (trinity)
• Ensure the consistency of the industrialization dossier
• Build the tools
• Collaborate with the concerned departments (quality, production, mechanics, etc.) to gather the necessary information
• Analyze the needs and build the tools
• Build the production dossier and coordinate its provisioning
• Ensure the proper functioning of the tools for production
• Rationalize and standardize the tools in relation to mechanics and production (quality, costs, and deadlines)
• Manage the production plans in the database
• Bring the modifications and make the updates to the plans in the system
• Respect the life cycles in the PLM
• Participate in the product and process improvement
• Participate in the continuous improvement processes
• Accompany the improvements in production, the optimization of products and processes WHAT ARE THE KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS IN OUR MAISON? To the benefit of a CFC designer or equivalent, you justify a first experience in the industrial sector. You master the techniques of drawing, also possess knowledge of CAD software and are at ease with IT environments.
