Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and German language, both written and spoken.
- HR basic training with focus on IF, family allowances and social insurance.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (the knowledge of SAP HCM is preferential channel)
- Professional experience based in HR or payroll administration, with interest in Swiss wage processing and social insurance.
- Good knowledge of Swiss law on social insurance and labour law is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- High affinity with IT tools and interest in digital processes and HR systems.
- Structured working method, autonomous and reliable, with strong orientation to service and teamwork.
- Accuracy, attitude to numbers and pleasure in performing administrative activities. What we offer
