Description The Personnel Department implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence center for the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden and contributes to making the Canton Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. ## Tasks - Support in the processing of the salary budget process and the annual closing for the entire cantonal administration - Creation of HR reports and ad hoc evaluations for the departments - Processing of the performance and spontaneous bonus process of the Cantonal Administration - Support in the further development of HR controlling and the internal control system - Participation in further projects - Processing of the creditor workflow - Support of the payroll team ## Requirements - Further training in the areas of finance and accounting or comparable training - Knowledge in the field of social insurance and/or personnel administration is an advantage - Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting or controlling - Independent, structured, accurate and solution-oriented working method and pronounced sense of responsibility - Digital affinity and good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs and the Abacus ERP system
