Act as HR Business Partner for Sales Organization in Switzerland, Austria and Benelux.
Collaboration with management on all HR issues, including staff planning, budget, management talents and organizational development.
Support and advise managers in relationships with employees, performance management, disciplinary measures and complex HR situations.
Manage the entire life cycle of the collaborator, from onboarding to performance management, development and Offboarding.
Manage the end-to-end selection process, from requirement planning to contract signing.
Design and coordinate training and development initiatives, leadership programs and HR workshops.
Guide local and international HR projects, process improvement initiatives and HR governance activities.
Ensure compliance with Swiss labour legislation, business policies and HR standards.
Monitor HR (KPI) indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions.
Coordinate payroll, staff administration and HR systems (SAP HR/Clockodo).

German & Italian fluent (mandatory). English and/or French: preferable
The portfolio includes milling machines, EDM, laser testing, laser microprocessing and additive manufacturing.
